Approximately 60 m² of main living space plus about 55 m² of shaded under-house space. The bedroom and separate living room are larger than in the Garden House. A wide terrace has a dining table for several guests, while the space below the house has a swing and raised bamboo platform for relaxing.

Previously listed utilities are 200 THB per person per month for water and 8 THB per electricity unit. Deposits are 12,500 THB for a standard house and 14,500 THB for a contemporary Lanna house. Confirm the contract, charges, deposit-return terms and included services before booking.
